brands

UB&P exports beef and lamb meat to more than 60 markets across the five
continents. It is an emblematic agent of the “farm to table”, promoting quality
products in the gourmet segment. It is also the largest importer of pork in the
local market.
The company is a leading player in the livestock area through a selected Angus breed production model, commercializing it´s brand LA TARAMBANA in the premium segment. The establishment is located in Jose Ignacio Station, at 25 kms from Punta Del Este.

Beef
Fresh and Frozen, grass and grain fed cuts, are supplied, together with offal´s and meat for process.
With our own brands for retail; “Hereford de La Pradera” or “Angus La Tarambana”, 1st Class cuts like Tenderloin, Striploin, Rib Eye, Rump, flank steak, Tritip, skirts and others, are supplied.

Lamb
We supply the best Lamb and Mutton from Uruguay to all over the world… China, Middle East, and specific markets like Seychelles and Senegal.

Fish
The most common; Yellow croaker, Silver croaker, White croaker, and hake are mainly destined for West African markets and China, and are from our sea fishing zone at the South Atlantic Ocean zone 41.
Also, we supply fresh water fish like Sábalo for our Colombian customers.

Pork
We supply pork from many places in the world to our customers in Uruguay.

Denmark, Germany, Spain, Belgium, Canada and The United States are our main sources for Backfat,
Cutting Fat, Trimmings, Jowls and Bellies.

Brazil is our main source for cuts like Legs, Shoulders, Collars, Loins, Tenderloins.
